Terms for the current public shell
These terms are scoped to what exists now. Full platform terms must be finalized before accounts, contests, forums, submissions, or judge execution are opened to users.
Current use
The current shell is for reading platform direction and launch status.
- The current site is an informational public shell. It does not yet provide accounts, submissions, contests, forums, or admin workflows to users.
- Do not treat placeholder route status pages as an invitation to submit personal data, credentials, source code, or problem packages in-app.
- External contact and repository links are governed by the terms of the services that host them.
Production conduct model
These are the operating rules the launch terms must preserve.
- Students will be expected to submit only their own work unless a contest or problem statement explicitly says otherwise.
- Automated similarity and AI-authorship signals will create staff review cases only; they will not be sole automatic grounds for bans or verdict changes.
- Forum participation will require respectful behavior, content sanitization, reporting, moderation, and audit trails.
- Problem content will be published only through reviewed staff/admin workflows, not an unreviewed public in-app form.
