Privacy notice for the current public shell
This page describes what is true today. The production privacy policy must be updated before MOOSACO accepts accounts, submissions, forum posts, uploads, or integrity-review data.
Current data handling
The shell is informational and deliberately avoids collecting platform data.
- This public shell does not create accounts, accept passwords, receive submissions, or store profile data.
- The shell may load static assets and external links, including contact channels users choose to open.
- If you contact MOOSACO by email, Discord, or GitHub, those third-party services handle that communication under their own policies.
Before launch
These commitments must be reflected in the real production policy.
- Before account launch, the production policy must describe account data, submissions, forum posts, judge artifacts, integrity review, retention, deletion, and support contact paths.
- Integrity signals are review-only and will not be used as the sole basis for automatic rejection, banning, or discipline.
- Admin, moderation, and integrity actions must be auditable and limited by role-based permissions.
